The Episcopal Diocese of NC requires many ministry positions and volunteers to complete Safe Church Training every three years. All Safe Church Training is now done through online modules by Praesidium Academy or diocesan Zoom trainings. Both satisfy the diocesan Safe Church Training requirement for three years.
The Chartered Committee for Global Mission (CCGM) encourages proposals inspiring the participation of parishioners in the Diocese of North Carolina and for projects contributing toward sustainability by the community served, with the prospect for self-sufficiency being particularly encouraged.
