The diocese welcomes the Rev. Grey Maggiano, who has accepted a call as rector of the Church of the Nativity, Raleigh. Maggiano comes to the diocese from the Diocese of Maryland, where he served as rector of Memorial, Baltimore. Welcome, Grey!

Everliving God, strengthen and sustain Grey that with patience and understanding he may love and care for your people; and grant that together they may follow Jesus Christ, offering to you their gifts and talents; through him who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
