​The Diocese Welcomes the Rev. Elizabeth Walker to Christ Church, Charlotte

The diocese welcomes the Rev. Elizabeth Walker as associate rector for young adult and family ministry at Christ Church, Charlotte. Walker is currently a transitional deacon from the Diocese of Olympia. She is a recent graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary, where she earned her M.Div. Walker received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Linguistics and Education from the University of Virginia. We welcome Walker; her husband, Dave; and their children to North Carolina!

Everliving God, strengthen and sustain Elizabeth that with patience and understanding she may love and care for your people; and grant that together they may follow Jesus Christ, offering to you their gifts and talents; through him who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
