The Diocese Welcomes the Rev. Candis Burgess

The Diocese welcomes the Rev. Candis Burgess, who has been called to be the rector of St. Paul's, Monroe. Burgess has been canonically resident in the diocese for 18 years. She earned her B.A. and M.Div. at Sewanee, University of the South. Welcome back, Candis!

Look with favor upon those whom you have called, O God, and grant that they may be so filled with your Holy Spirit, that they may minister in their chosen task with joy and steadfast devotion; through Jesus Christ our Savior. Amen.
