The Diocese Gives Thanks for the Ministry of the Rev. Amy Huacani
The diocese gives thanks for the ministry of the Rev. Amy Huacani, departing vicar of St. Paul’s, Louisburg, where she has served since 2022. She has been active in the diocese, having served in Charlotte, Southern Pines and Rocky Mount. Huacani leaves to become the new program manager at Holden Village in the North Cascade Mountains in Washington State. We wish Amy and her family Godspeed.
Gracious God, bless your servant, Amy. Surround her with our gratitude and love in this season of change, that she would sense your presence and delight in her daily life. Thank you for giving Amy to us to know as a sibling in Christ, a steward of your mysteries, and a worker for peace. Guide her in the continued use of her gifts that she may use them to bless the church and the world through Jesus Christ our Lord who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
