Introduction to the Vocational Diaconate

Archdeacon Tim Spannaus of the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan will lead this course designed for lay and clergy who want to learn more about the diaconate from an experienced deacon.

Class meetings will consist of content presentation, discussion and questions, along with individual or small group activities. Each meeting will begin and end with prayer. Between class meetings, there will be discussions using Canvas discussion boards, as well as reading or viewing videos in preparation for the next class. Readings and class notes will be available on Canvas. There is no cost to attend the course.
